Catalina was our room service person and she did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and seeing we had plenty of toiletries and towels. Bedding was so comfy and the room was a good size. We were in the Royal King room and loved it. To say that we had not been back since early May, we were surprised when staff recognised us and went out of their way to welcome us back. We have our favourites of course, and always visit them. We love the choices of eating places and make sure to at least try one new place each trip. All excellent shows and we were rocking to the music each night. There's always something different to do and this time we saw 3 concerts, Rod Stewart, Collective Soul (which was a free one downtown Vegas) and Bruno Mars. This is not our first Las Vegas trip, far from it, we have been here twice a year for about 16 years, but we never get tired of it. We put our luggage away and headed out to explore.

We had an excellent check in experience with Daisy, who had us into our room within 10 min. We travelled to Las Vegas at the end of August and stayed till the first week in Sept.
